Depending on how you use this website, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number and any information you choose to include in a contact, waiting-list or registration form.

3. Why do we use it?

We use your information to answer enquiries, manage waiting lists and registrations, deliver requested resources such as free videos, and—where you have subscribed—send Letters from the Heart and information about Yogar offerings.

4. Email subscriptions and Mailchimp

Our email subscriptions are managed through Mailchimp. When you subscribe, your email address and any name you provide are processed by Mailchimp on our behalf so that we can confirm your subscription, deliver the requested resource and send future emails. We use double opt-in, so your subscription is activated only after you confirm it through the email sent to you.

5. Legal basis

We process subscription data with your consent. We process contact and registration data when necessary to respond to your request or provide the service you asked for, and where appropriate on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating Yogar. Swiss data-protection law applies and, where relevant, the GDPR also applies.

6. How long do we keep it?

Subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, subject to any limited retention required by law. Enquiry and registration information is kept only as long as needed for the relevant communication, service and legal obligations.

7. Sharing and international processing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the website, forms and email delivery. Some providers may process information outside Switzerland or the EEA using recognised safeguards where required.

8. Your rights
